Stefanija Jokštytė
Communication manager
Works with Vilnius City Opera
Stefanija Jokštytė is a creative professional, advertising copywriter and screenwriter, communications strategist, and art project curator. With more than fifteen years of experience across advertising and the cultural sector, she develops ideas, copy, and campaigns that connect art with its audiences.
She spent seven years at the advertising agency "Not Perfect | Y&R Vilnius" and was also invited to work at "Y&R Zürich" in Switzerland. She later helped build "Stefken+Kudirka" and founded the agency "Menų komunikacija". Her creative work has earned a Bronze Lion at the "Cannes Lions" and more than thirty Lithuanian and international advertising and design awards. In 2025, the campaign for Vilnius Gallery Weekend won the Grand Prix in the Design category at "ADC*LT", along with four additional awards. S. Jokštytė is regularly invited to serve on juries for creative and advertising awards.
She develops brand positioning, communications strategies, and advertising campaigns for cultural organisations, collaborating with opera soloists, theatres, galleries, festivals, and independent artists. At the heart of her creative practice is a powerful idea expressed in just the right words - bringing out the distinctive character of an art project, sparking interest, and engaging audiences. As part of the Vilnius City Opera team, she contributes to shaping a contemporary image of opera, increasing its visibility, and expanding its audience (Bohemians 20, the exhibition "From That Opera", etc.).
She speaks at conferences and leads training sessions and creative workshops on cultural communications, creative writing, and audience development. She teaches at "The Atomic Garden" advertising school and curates art projects. She is the author of the children's book "Pūkelis" and a member of the Lithuanian Design Association.
